A dual-panel fire shutter for wide openings and moveable fire wall applications.
— APPLICATION
When 25% of the opening in a firewall is exceeded, an ASTM E119 (UL 263) listed and labeled assembly is required in compliance with IBC Section 707.6 Exception 3. The Dual Curtain is tested and evaluated to the ASTM E119 test standard with hose stream test (ASTM E2226), in accordance with IBC 903.3.1.1 — 2-hour tested to ASTM E119 with hose stream test (ASTM E2226). Maximum span up to 984 ft. and drop height of 39 ft.
