The 3-hour SD240GS with an integral swing door or pass-through slot.
— APPLICATION
Openings in smoke barrier walls, openings in fire partition walls, elevator lobby interface, fire rating glass applications, and openings in corridors — where people pass through daily. Considered a "smoke barrier" in the IBC, the SD240GS® deploys to the floor in side guides (rails) recessed into the wall cavity or flush with the face of drywall. The headbox is bespoke, in two types — single roller or multi-roller — depending on the width of the opening. The integral swing door or pass-through slot means the curtain protects the opening without blocking circulation.
